“Squid Game 2” is facing criticism for alleged history distortion after a dialogue referencing the Vietnam War. In the dialogue, Actor Kang Ha Neul, (Dae Ho, participant No. 388), says “My father wanted me to become a real man, so he sent me to the Marines. My father was a Vietnam War veteran.” Other participants respond to him saying, “Your father must be an honorable man.”
