From the chart-topping success of VIVIZ to solo musical evolutions and high-fashion dominance, these six women have proven their enduring influence and versatility. As of 2026, their individual legacies continue to expand globally, marked by first full-length albums, new business ventures, and a powerful bond that keeps the spirit of the group alive for fans worldwide.

Sowon

Sowon

Since GFRIEND’s disbandment in May 2021, Kim So-won has expertly transitioned from an iconic K-pop leader to a versatile actress and entrepreneur, beginning with her 2021 signing with IOK Company and her 2022 acting debut in My Chilling Roommate drama alongside iKON’s Chanwoo. After joining OUI Entertainment in late 2022 and rebranding as an actress while hosting Beauty and Luxury, she became a staple at Seoul Fashion Week and expanded her portfolio with the horror series 4:44 Seconds and the drama Who Is She. By late 2025, she reached new professional heights by signing with HAKY Entertainment for global projects and launching her own skincare brand, Neovea, as its CEO. In 2026, Sowon is a cast in the thriller The Chain expected for release in mid-2026. Sowon has been Burberry’s brand ambassador since 2024.

Since GFRIEND’s May 2021 disbandment, Jung Ye-rin has masterfully reinvented herself as a powerhouse soloist and “Variety Queen,” beginning with her June 2021 signing with Sublime Artist Agency and high-profile deals with brands like Origins Korea and Anna Sui. Her solo music career launched in May 2022 with the award-winning EP Aria, leading to her acting debut in The Witch Store Reopens and a transition to Billikon Entertainment in April 2023. Following her musical evolution in the 2023 EP Ready, Set, LOVE and her success as a host on Yerin’s Neighborhood through 2024, she solidified her status by launching her signature fragrance line, “Yellow Moment,” as creative director in late 2025. Now in 2026, fresh off her “Chapter Y” South American fan tour and the digital single “Awake,” Yerin continues her upward trajectory by preparing her first full-length studio album and filming the romantic comedy Love in Pixels.

Euha

Euha

Since GFRIEND’s transition in May 2021, Eunha has evolved from a beloved power vocalist into a versatile pop icon and creative director within VIVIZ. After signing with BPM Entertainment in late 2021, she spearheaded the group’s 2022 re-debut with Beam of Prism, where her signature clear soprano became the foundation of their sophisticated-chic sound, further validated by her stable live performances on Queendom 2. Her 2023 was defined by the explosive viral success of “MANIAC”, where her pop-girl charisma helped spark a global dance trend, alongside her prolific work in OSTs and webtoon soundtracks like “Our Summer” and “Telepathy”.  Following the success of the 2024 [V.hind: Love and Tears] World Tour, she reclaimed her roots in 2025 by participating in GFRIEND’s 10th-anniversary reunion, where she was credited with assisting the vocal arrangements. Now in 2026, while finalizing VIVIZ’s first full-length studio album as a vocal director, Eunha is also preparing for her debut solo EP, rumored to explore city-pop and jazz-fusion genres, highlighting her unique crystal vocal timbre.

Sinb

SinB

Since GFRIEND’s 2021 disbandment, SinB has expertly pivoted from a legendary group member to a performance powerhouse within the trio VIVIZ, starting with her October 2021 signing at BPM Entertainment and a fashion collaboration with Sinoon. Her 2022 re-debut with Beam of Prism led to a dominant run on Mnet’s Queendom 2 and the release of Summer Vibe, while 2023 saw her reach new heights with the VarioUS EP and the massive viral success of the “MANIAC” hip-pop challenge. By 2024, she was headlining the [V.hind : Love and Tears] World Tour and serving as a global dance judge, eventually launching her own choreography workshop series, “SinB’s Line,” in 2025 alongside a historic GFRIEND 10th-anniversary reunion project. Now in 2026, SinB has solidified her “IT girl” status at Paris Fashion Week and remains a central figure in VIVIZ as they prepare for their highly anticipated first full-length studio album.
Umji

Umji

Since GFRIEND’s transition in May 2021, Umji has masterfully rebranded as a sophisticated vocalist and entrepreneur within the trio VIVIZ, starting with her October 2021 signing to BPM Entertainment and a viral “visual peak” in fashion magazines. Her 2022 re-debut with Beam of Prism and a standout performance on Queendom 2 showcased her vocal stability, while her 2023 creative contributions to the VarioUS EP and the chart-dominating “MANIAC” challenge solidified her artistic influence. After connecting with global audiences through the 2024 [V.hind : Love and Tears] World Tour and her presence as a regular radio guest, she expanded her reach in 2025 by launching her lifestyle brand “U-Mood” and participating in the historic GFRIEND 10th-anniversary reunion. Now in 2026, fresh from a celebrated appearance as a brand ambassador at Milan Fashion Week, Umji is finalizing VIVIZ’s first full-length studio album, which is set to feature her distinctive work as a lyricist and solo vocalist.

Yuju

Since GFRIEND’s 2021 disbandment, Yuju has successfully evolved into a respected singer-songwriter and “OST Queen,” beginning with her September 2021 signing with Konnect Entertainment and her return to the scene through the Cyworld BGM 2021 project. Her 2022 solo debut with the self-produced mini-album [REC.] and the groovy single “Evening” demonstrated her creative range, while her time as a fixed DJ on Station Z deepened her connection with fans. By 2023, she reached new artistic heights as the sole lyricist for her second mini-album [O] and the main composer for the funky hit “Dalala.” After transitioning through a free-agent period in 2024—during which she served as a vocal mentor for the survival program Scool—she opened a fresh chapter in March 2025 by signing with the label At Area and releasing the mini-album [In Bloom]. Having balanced her solo growth with the historic GFRIEND 10th-anniversary reunion and continued dominance in drama soundtracks, Yuju enters mid-2026 in the final stages of preparing her highly anticipated first full-length solo studio album.
