MWAVE [Notice] Launching new Mwave website and closing the existing website Jul 16, 2021

Hello, this is Mwave.

Mwave is launching a new website on August 17, 2021.

On the new Mwave site, you’ll be able to purchase signed albums from various artists, participate in MEET&GREET, and find out information about various events such as MAMA, KCON, etc.

The new Mwave site requires existing members to newly sign up again due to a change in the login verification system.

Please read carefully the following guideline on using the new Mwave site.

1. New membership : Please create a new account through email verification to use the new Mwave site starting from August 17, 2021.

2. Order Data : You can find information on orders made till August 16, 2021 in the footer area at the bottom of the new Mwave service.

For order inquiries, please contact the CS center of the new Mwave site.

3. Credit Use : Users who have any remaining credit, please contact the CS center of the new Mwave site from August 17, 2021 to September 16, 2021 and

we will provide you with information on how to use your credit.

(Information on the user account of the new Mwave site, user’s nickname that has been given credit, and credit amount are required)

* User/Membership data until August 16 will be held for a safe delivery and CS purposes only.

Please look forward to the newly transformed Mwave.
