NouerA (누에라) is a seven-member South Korean boy group formed through KBS’s reality survival show “MAKE MATE 1” and managed by Nouer Entertainment and CHROMOSOME. The group’s name combines the French word “nouer,” meaning “to tie together,” and “era,” symbolizing their aim to connect different eras through their music.
They made their official debut on February 26, 2025, with the mini-album “Chapter: New is Now,” featuring the title track “N.I.N (New is Now).”
Prior to their debut, they released a pre-debut digital single titled “Infinity” on December 14, 2024.
NouerA has been recognized as a promising act in the K-pop industry, earning the nickname “Billboard Rookies” and being featured in prominent publications.
Their debut showcases their ambition to lead the next generation of K-pop, aiming to usher in a new era with their music.
