Early life
Chaewon was born in Gongju, South Chungcheong Province, South Korea.
Career
She was first introduced during the Kara Project where she finished in fourth place. Chaewon also participated in DSP Media’s album, singing the song ‘You Are the One’. On May 1st 2016, Chaewon released “Clock” with Chaekyoung.
In July 2016, she made her official acting debut acting in the web drama “Reply Pyeongchang, 100°F”. She was the main female lead.
