Actor and singer Ji Chang Wook’s found a new home!
On April 7, the Backstreet Rookie and The Sound of Magic star signed with Spring Company, a new agency formed by his former manager.
Ji departed his former agency, Glorious Entertainment, earlier this year.
We’re delighted to work with Ji Chang Wook, an actor receiving a lot of love from the public because of his trustworthy acting talent and ability to take on any genre,” a Spring Company representative said. “As he’s an actor who’s influential in our country and abroad, we’ll do our best to support Ji Chang Wook, so he can display his talents in a wide variety of fields.”
In addition to Backstreet Rookie and The Sound of Magic, Ji’s known for his roles in the dramas Smile Again, Warrior Baek Dong-Soo, and Empress Ki and the web drama Lovestruck in the City. He is active in South Korea and Japan but has leant his voice to the Korean dub of the Japanese anime film Your Name. He is set to star in 2023’s The Worst of Evil, which will steam on Disney+.
